All. Of. This. Thank you so much for putting this into words. I felt every word as a Black woman and agree 100%. If we cried for all the things we experience, we would be caught in an eternal tear-fest. Unfortunately, since we aren't encouraged to express our pain as White women are, we end up, as you said, doing this in private. Suppressing our feelings is taking a serious toll on the mental health of Black women and women of color, which is another topic that's brushed under the rug in this society. Thank you for taking the time to bring attention to this important matter that definitely deserves EVERYONE'S attention.
