Also, have those issues with the women you named and White women as a WHOLE resulted in the deterioration of their careers? Since the majority of your examples have very limited record of the back lash they received and these young women have their stories going all over the world at lightening speed, it’s difficult to make a comparison. And I respectfully submit, why are we doing this? Why is it so hard for White people to simply address the subject matter instead of doing the whataboutisms?

If you’d like to discuss the difficulty that I as a Black woman have to secure safe treatment in a world that believes I don’t experience pain, I’d like to have that discussion because that’s why I wrote the article. Not to downplay what happened to these women, but I’d like to stick to the current topic.
