As the author of this article, I can assure you that healthcare is what I was speaking of and I stand by the title of my article 100%. I have been Black for 51 years and, as I stated in my article although you chose not to address it, I have had my own experience first hand with what we face as Black women.

And yes it IS a bold statement because it's high time that Black women STOP being silenced and toned policed into speaking out about our own health and mortality. It is your opinion that the topics are different but if you read the comments of others, they completely understand the sentiment. The mere fact that you feel you have the authority to tell me, the person who WROTE the article that I don't know what I mean to say, is completely PRICELESS and quite telling.

And no, it's not too early to tell if you bother to do your research on the treatment of Black women in this country. I've done some of the work for you by providing articles that you've dismissed, but if you ever care to show some empathy and learn something valuable about Black women, I would encourage you to open your mind a bit, stop limiting your thought process to deflecting and whataboutisms, and actually open your mind to see the treatment of others in this country. That's a tall order for White women, and I understand that. But it's necessary if we are ever to come together. There are more than White people in this world and it's time ALL of us had a voice. Once again, thank you for reading.
