My guess is that you and I have a fair dinkum (that’s Aussie) chance of success if we focus on what we can most assuredly control: our activity levels and what we eat, and focus on fitness as opposed to weight loss. Thin isn’t fit. Fit is fit.

I’ve been on a weight-loss journey after gaining weight since working from home and it’s been a very slow process to say the least. What you said about focusing on being FIT really clicked with me and gave new surge of energy. I’m not a cycler, but I have found some great at home workouts that incorporate cardio and strength training that I’ve grown to love. My hope is focusing on them (and FINALLY leaving the cookies alone 😉) will help me.
