Excellent article. The word feminist has historically been attributed to White women. Even when Black women stood beside them to fight for rights they received, they were not there consistently to help in the fight against racism and injustice for Black women. Feminism doesn’t take intersectionality or other women of color in mind. It is for and about White women.
