(Heavy sigh) I was hoping this horrible man would just fade into the background, but I know better than that. He's despicably racist, and a complete monster. I hadn't heard about this story and I thank you for writing this insightful article. Women of color have been targets for centuries and of course this would take a toll on our mental health. I, like you spoke of in your article, have been so happy to see mental health being talked about on a wide scale, particularly pertaining to Black women. Piers is racking up enough karma to effect generations of his family and his legacy is a shameful one.
