Hello Rev. McCarthy. Thank you for your kind comments and for reading. It’s been interesting to read comments from those who feel that a simple leveling of the playing field is somehow racist, but unfortunately I clearly understand where that mentality comes from. I will continue to advocate for this and many other issues we as Black people face in this society as the pushback is affirmation of the work that still needs to be done.
