I love this...what a great article. I saw all the "bonus people" writing posts and thought, how must that make those who didn't receive one feel? Writing should never be about recognition in my opinion, it's just like you said, about the process. And for me, I could care less about my status - I just want people to listen to me and do something about racism from wherever they sit. Thanks so much for your always engaging posts - and this one I agreed all the way through! :-)
