I share your desire to have a mentor and I'm living in America. Just as you have experienced in Switzerland, we are hard-pressed to see Black people in upper levels of management in the states as well. Those who are represented to us as "mentors" usually do not have our best interests at heart or the desire to understand our specific needs from a mentor as Black women.

I sincerely hope someone reads this post and reaches out to you to offer their support. You words are earnest and heartfelt and I pray they make contact with the reader who can provide the fruitful mentorship you deserve.
