If you want a discussion about why you think DEI is not affective, I suggest you write your own article to engage with others. The purpose of my article was to write why this program is important and to give real life personal examples of how environments without it can affect the psyche of Black people.

I’ve seen your name and comments many times and can clearly see you are intentionally provocative, condescending, and whether you know it or not, racist. It is my choice to engage with whomever I choose and you cannot force a discussion with me or anyone simply because you have opinions.

Write your own article and engage there. I have the right to choose who I devote my energy to. Our interaction will never be meaningful because your intent is not to see anything meaningful and to only attempt to discredit something you know nothing about as you have never been a Black woman in America.

No need to reply but I’m sure your arrogance will compel you to have the last word so have at it. I’ve moved on.
