Let me remind you that I did not initiate this "discussion" in the first place. You sent me a message with the intent to belittle my words and you have failed.
It is you who are only able to see things from one side. I never said the process was perfect - I merely stated that in every instance I have been in the facilitators had clear cut action plans for implementation.
I am an active consultant and actually work in this field. I am not sure if you even work with DEI or are just a casual observer from the outside of the implementation process. It's very easy to cast judgment from the outside if you are not actively engaged in doing the work.
I didn't consider your comments to be a discussion. They were condescending accusations that I have zero desire to engage with. A word to the wise - some of us Black folk understand motives more than most give us credit for. There's no need to end a discussion that never began in the first place.
