Not so. I grew up in a predominately White suburb and watched kids being handed the "keys to the kingdom" even thought many of them were ill-equipped to be given such responsibilities. I see this every day in my adult life. It's not about what White people aren't able to inherit, it's about the systemic racism and obstacles they have put in the way of Black people over centuries in an effort to PREVENT or LIMIT us to acquire it for ourselves.
