… I need to tell you because the crying demands I make it all better for you….and its not about you. Repeat not about you, because If you want to have these hard conversations, you can’t breakdown and be in your emotions. I didn’t and aren’t we equal?
This is why I’m always skeptical when white women say they want to be “allies”.
