Thanks for your input and I do appreciate being able to discuss this issue in a polite and rational way. Your comments are always appreciated because I don't believe there is one way to get to this done - it will need people coming together from many different schools of thought to make a difference. As long as we all have the same goal and are acting without malicious intent, we open the opportunity for change.
