The only issue that matters is dismantling the system that causes Black people to be killed in the streets, disproportionately incarcerated, blocked from holding executive-level positions in major corporations, profiled and harassed by police, discriminated against in the workplace, etc., etc., etc.

The adult who is still waiting to understand what racism means in 2021 is an adult who either has never experienced it or is apathetic to its effects. The time wasted debating semantics - yes I said it SEMANTICS - is time that could be used creating systems that are all-inclusive and promote equity and freedom.
