Unfortunately some White people will only open their minds to understand racism if I can relate it to something they experience. Empathy helps with this but for those who lack it, I have to get creative. Naturally I understand that these are two separate issues, but until all human operate from an empathetic mindset, those of use who choose to be activists have to learn how to speak to as many people as we can in many different ways.

Objecting is different that accusing someone of lying. That is what a lot of White people do to Black people who are actually in the throws of being pummeled by racism.
