Why do you keep referring to Rosa Parks? Do you know any other civil rights leaders beyond the 1960’s? Because there are plenty. Trust me, i am more than aware of true Black history. You don’t need to recommend any books to me and your presumption that you as a white man are about to teach me about my own history is laughable.
And for the record, Rosa Park’s refusal to give up her seat on a bus was a carefully planned strategic move orchestrated by the NAACP. She was not tortured. She was a civil rights leader and the secretary in the NAACP with the protection of the movement. When she spoke of her life, she attested to not enduring the physical abuse that other Black people in lesser positions suffered. Not sure where you are getting your information but you are obviously not educated on Black history outside of the indoctrination taught in schools.
No where in my article have I compared myself to anyone but myself. You don’t know me so you have no idea what I endure on a daily basis. You don’t know what civil rights leaders endure for that matter. It’s difficult to take you seriously because you have much to say hiding behind a faceless profile. You aren’t adding any value to this and missed the entire point. I’m not going to explain what you can read on your own. If you feel so triggered by this, stop reading my articles. There are plenty of others.
